A start-up concept brand destined to shake up the florist industry with a strong identity and mission – to make flowers cool again and desirable to all ages and genders.
To establish and differentiate a brand within a competitive marketplace that is fundamentally for a specific target audience. To create a complete brand strategy including; naming, logo, visuals, marketing and social media, while communicating the brand values and mission.
Our first challenge was to established the brand’s mission. What change did the brand want to contribute to? We created marketing personas made up of a younger generation that often overlook the power of giving that extraordinary someone, flowers.
We then created a whole strategy around the values, mission and new target audience.
We drew up the name MOSSOM based on the values of being a modern florist (Modern Blossom). With this in place, we design a modernised looking logo with a Unique colour pallet to set the brand apart and make it recognisable across all touchpoints.
Knowing the new target audience lived and breathed on social media, we envisioned a TikTok campaign based on easily consumable typographic ads.
